A new breakfast bistro in downtown Boise opened last week.

Nomad Beverage Company sits at the intersection of S. Capitol Blvd. and W. Fulton St. near the FedEx shop.

This is the first restaurant concept from local cooks and now owners Andrew Martinez and Gavin Haley

“We have actually cooked around town at different places and together,” Martinez said. “Basically, our careers have been as cooks so this is a new venture for us.”

Nomad’s menu is unique and eclectic. Customers can enjoy a Turkish breakfast, sourdough beignets, a jackfruit burrito, and Caprese toast just to name a few. Beverages include Honey Fermented Lemonade, Butterfly Thai Tea, Szechuan Matcha, Blood Orange Cardamom Cream, and much more.

“We wanted to bring stuff from all around the world together,” said Martinez.

Nomad Beverage Company offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The bistro is open every day from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
