The City of Mountain Home announced a new subdivision bringing hundreds of homes to the community.
Developer Ginn Group will break ground on the Turner House Depot community next week at the corner of NW Marathon Way and Elmcrest Street. The land that’s being developed is on the west side of Mountain Home – near the airport.
“Turner House Depot symbolizes Mountain Home’s dedication to providing much-needed housing for our residents,” Mountain Home mayor Rich Sykes said. “Turner House Depot will provide a forward-thinking residential project at a scope our city has never seen.”
There will be 287 homes spread across 28 acres. This includes 233 detached single-family homes, 32 two-story primarily attached homes, and 22 two-story live-work townhomes that will have the option for neighborhood commercial use for a shops and other types of businesses.
Other amenities in the community will include a community center, a dog park, and green spaces with walking paths.
