BoiseDev Project Tracker

Last summer, we answered a You Asked question about the proposed Pivot by Kristin Armstrong gym in Boise’s Barber Valley.

At the time, the project was still on – but delayed.

Now, the plan is off, according to records.

Ball Ventures Ahlquist applied with the City of Boise to modify the zoning certificate for the building.

“It was originally designed as a single-tenant building, but the owner is looking to make this a multi-tenant building,” the application reads. “This will involve modifying a few items that were previously approved…”

Two new entries would go in, and various items like moving a trash enclosure and changing landscaping are proposed.

BVA has the building in Barber Station marketed for lease for office space.

Pivot opened two other locations – in Downtown Boise and in Meridian.
