Back in 2021, HGTV launched a show called Outgrown, which brought rennovations to Boise-area homes for families with new family members — or have run out of space.
During season one an episode premiered called ‘Layout Disfunction’ in which the family of four did not want to leave their home due to its great location, but the space was completely dysfunctional.
About two years after the home was remodeled on Outgrown, creating more space and storage for the family, it is back on the market.
The five-bedroom two-bathroom home includes finished hardwood floors, quartz countertops, and a covered patio.
Alongside the recent renovations to the space, the location is is only few minutes from Boise State University, Downtown Boise, the Boise Greenbelt, and numerous parks.
The home is located off of South Broadway Ave. at 1413 S. Leadville St.
The first season of Outgrown aired last fall on the cable channel. HGTV has not yet announced if the show will return for a second season.
