The City of Star has seen increased growth throughout the past several years with the opening of Ridley’s Market Place, Albertsons, and the recent land purchase by McDonalds.

A new building is currently in the beginning stages of construction on the corner of W. State St. and Seneca Springs Way.

Northwest Development Company of Meridian is working on the State St. project. NWDC is the developer behind several other projects including Caldwell Commons, Pita Pit, the Human Bean and more.

NWDC told BoiseDev the building will be an O’Reilly Auto Parts Store. O’Reilly operates more than a dozen stores across the Treasure Valley.

NWDC said a timeline for completion of the project and opening dates has not been announced.
