Great reporting by BoiseWeekly on a law most probably didn’t know about.  The City of McCall has an ordinance on the books that limits the number of “chain restaurants to 10% of the overall eateries in the resort town.

That means Subway, Moxie Java, KB’s, Chapala & Stax are the only restaurants allowed in the town that have locations elsewhere. Kindof a strange ordiance right?

BW cites Star-News reporting that says P&Z in the town has voted to change course.  That could mean SE Boise favorite The Griddle could be soon open in Alpine Village – giving breakfast competition to popular (and often crowded) The Pancake House.
