KIVI reports a new solar farm has opened in Kuna – the northwest’s largest. Solar panels cover a plot of land that is nearly a square mile in size.  One-hundred-seventy-four solar panels crank out 40 megawats of juice. That’s enough to power about 8,000 homes that are cranking the AC.
