Black Rock plans another for Boise

Black Rock Coffee Bar, the Portland-based chain which is currently construction locations on Broadway in Boise and in Meridian, plans another outlet.

The company has filed to add a kiosk-style coffee drive-through on Fairview Ave near Milwaukee.  The site is currently a home, wedged between Taco Time and a payday loan place near McDonald's.

The project will need a conditional use permit from the City of Boise.
