Lawsuit over Tavern at Bown Crossing resolved

In December, BoiseDev.com first reported a lawsuit to evict the popular Tavern at Bown Crossing by the group that owns the southeast Boise shopping center.

Dean Sorenson, an attorney who represents the Tavern now says the dispute has been resolved – and the lawsuit dropped.

Sorenson said in December the dispute was over a purchase option on the building.
