The Griddle continues branching out across SW Idaho – with a new location in Nampa. The popular breakfast & lunch join will open up on Caldwell Blvd. in the old Skippers location, according to the Idaho Press Tribune.

The deal was brokered by Alturas Capital of Eagle.

The chain was founded in Winnemuca, NV, but Boise, Eagle and Meridian – primarily focuses on SW Idaho.  Owners will also branch out to McCall with a new location in Alpine Village after winning a quirky fight with McCall City Hall.
