Starbucks plans to build a new drive-through in the parking lot of Target at the corner of Eagle Rd. and Chinden Blvd. in Boise.

The 2,000 square foot store would have seating for fifty people. It is on land owned by Target next to a Jack in the Box facing Chinden. There is currently a Starbucks kiosk inside the Target store – it is unclear if it will be affected.

The proposal will have to get approval with Boise’s planning and zoning team as it requires a conditional use permit for the drive through.
