Those hoping that Jenny’s Lunch Line won’t get their wish for now.

Revitalize Juice Bar has applied to take over the former Jenny’s space on Main St. in Boise. It will be the second outlet for the juice joint – the first location opened last summer in the Village at Meridian. The menu features cold-pressed juices, açai bowls and the like.

Revitalize will hold a grand opening tomorrow (August 4th) with a Yoga in the City event at 10:30 a.m.

BoiseDev first broke news of Jenny’s abrupt closure this spring. The couple operating the restaurant – Kristi Scott and Jen Oneida – had hoped to buy the business or open their own restaurant, and had started a GoFundMe to help in the process.  The pair says that plan is off for now:

“IT is important that everyone knows, that we are not opening a resaurant (sic) anytime soon. We have had a couple donations in the last month and wanted to be clear, in case you did not read the update. Any donations received will go toward Jen and i trying to get back on our feet and find jobs. We appreciate all support given in the past and present” Scott wrote on the GoFundMe page.
