You asked: Big new building under construction at Franklin & Cloverdale

Idaho AGC Going Up

Many of you want to know about the new building going up at the southwest corner of Franklin Rd. and Cloverdale Rd. A new building materials outlet store is under construction, according to permit filings.

CJD Investments, which is owned by Dillabaugh’s Flooring America principal Casey Dillabaugh is constructing the 36,950 square foot building. The name of that new building materials warehouse store isn’t detailed in the documents.

The project is expected to cost more than $3-million, and will stand two stories tall when finished.

Additional structures are expected to be built to the west of the new building supply outlet. Access to the store will be further down Franklin to the west instead of directly at the corner, as well as on Cloverdale.
