Sierra Trading Post’s Meridian building is for sale: what it means for shoppers

BoiseDev Facebook Group member McKenna Praest noticed the Sierra Trading Post building in Meridian is for sale.

But the retailer isn’t closing up shop.

The land and building are owned by The Glenbrook Company, which is controlled by Nahas Enterprises principal Bob Nahas, according to filings with Ada County and the State of Idaho.

The property is listed for sale for $3.95 million, but the property flier indicates Sierra Trading Post is locked in with a lease agreement.

Sierra Trading has 35 locations and is part of TJX Companies – which is better known for its TJ Maxx and Marshalls stores.
