Downtown ice cream shop branches out with E. Boise location

The STIL opened its first location in Downtown Boise in 2017, serving unique ice cream concoctions and alcohol-infused treats.

Now the owners are set to add a second spot – this time in Boise’s Barber Valley near Lucky 13.

“We couldn’t be more in awe of the support we’ve received, the community we’ve been embraced by, or the enthusiasm we’ve been fortunate enough to earn,” STIL owners Kasey Allen and Dan Sell wrote on Facebook. “Know that YOU are part of this story and that our successes are only possible because you’ve chosen to support a local business with a dream.”

The second location will open in a vacant retail space on Eckert Rd., on the same side of the street as Lucky 13.

It joins a limited number of commercial businesses in the area, including Ranch Market and Coffee Mill. Plans for more continue to circulate – but no firm dates on projects have been announced.
