Deadlines in building and construction are often hard to meet, but progress is about to be made on a project originally intended for this year.

Southers Properties has been working to develop the old Baird’s Dry Cleaning site on 8th St. near the Boise Co-Op.  A banner on the building promises the four-story project promises it is “coming 2018.”
