Apartment complex to be built on Federal Way near post office

A large L-shaped piece of land near the United States Post Office is being graded ahead of development of a new apartment complex.

The Skyline Apartments project will offer a number of units with views of southeast Boise and the foothills from the Federal Way and Targhee St. location.

The project was originally announced in 2015, but delayed until final approval earlier this year.
