Apartment complex to be built on Federal Way near post office

A large L-shaped piece of land near the United States Post Office is being graded ahead of development of a new apartment complex.

The Skyline Apartments project will offer a number of units with views of southeast Boise and the foothills from the Federal Way and Targhee St. location.
