The owners of long-time Boise pizza restaurant Papa Joe’s listed it for sale.

The restaurant, at the corner of Capitol Blvd. and Ann Morrison Park Blvd. across from Boise State is on the market for $350,000.

Known for pizza, sandwiches and a bar, the restaurant first opened in 1986. It previously served as Dixon’s Seafood and a number of other businesses. The Totem Building first opened in Boise in 1936, according to the Idaho Architecture Project.

The business sales listing says Papa Joe’s grosses $85,000 per month.
