Gyro Shack to sprout another location

The Sundance Company

The growing Boise-based Gyro Shack plans a new location just down the street from a current drive-through-only outlet.

Filings with the City of Boise indicate a new building with indoor seating and drive through in the Triangle Square center at 6882 W. State St.

The application shows a 1,250 square foot restaurant with seating for 16 people. The new building requires a conditional use permit from the City of Boise.

The company made a similar move on Overland Rd., trading out a drive-through kiosk for a location with indoor seating.
