Idaho AGC Going Up

A large building under construction on the southwest corner of Franklin Rd. and Cloverdale Rd. in west Boise demands attention from people driving by. Floor Trader Outlet is set to open in the 36,950 square foot building.

Now we have a better idea of what will sit beside it along Franklin Rd.

A developer will build more than 35,565 square feet of industrial space across three buildings, according to a leasing flier. The site plan shows three rectangular buildings lined up on the site, with parking in front.

The first portion of the Franklin Commercial Center is set to be available for tenants in August.
