New project on the way to McCall could add retail and more before you leave town

Regence Blue Shield of Idaho

A new commercial center on Idaho Highway 55 just before you leave town for McCall is taking a different approach.

Instead of a typical retail center where an investor owns the property and leases space – this one will be sold to individual tenants.

Rendering of Hill Road Crossing

Hill Road Crossing in Eagle at the corner of Highway 55 and Echohawk Way would feature ten individual condos. The sales flier for the project lists uses like office, retail or light industrial “such as a candle maker (or) t-shirt press.” The condos are also advertised for possible “high-end RV storage.”

Floor plans range from 1,236 square feet to 1,320 square feet and are priced at about $200 per square foot.

The new project is across the street from Quarry Village, an envisioned large-scale mixed-use development with space for shops, hotels and restaurants.
