New condo project sprouting up in McCall

Paddles Up Poke

Work crews finished the first homes in the new Silverpine Village McCall, with more to come.

The project will bring 30 condo units just south of the Downtown McCall core, behind the Aspen Village project along Washington St.

The condos consist of duplex and triplex units arranged around a new interior road. A courtyard feature sits between Silverpine Village and Alpine Village.

Most units feature a one or two-car garage, as well as two and three-bedroom floorplans. The garage sits on the ground floor, with living space in the middle and bedrooms on the top floor.

The asking price on the only unit currently listed is $377,900.
