Now, the former computer and peripherals store will soon have a new tenant. But it won’t be a new retail shop or restaurant.

Seed Boise LLC purchased the condo that contained the store, and applied with the City of Boise to convert it from retail to office space for “Exceed Investment Firm.”

The buildout is valued at $530,000, according to permit records.

Renewal closed in May, leaving the 1920s-era warehouse vacant for the first time since 2000.

AlphaGraphics merged with BizPrint in June of this year.

The current BizPrint location would give way to a new 8-story residential tower planned on its current site at 6th St. and Front St. in Boise.
