New life for soon-to-be-former Greyhound bus terminal in Downtown Boise?

In September, BoiseDev reported that the Greyhound bus terminal in Downtown Boise would move to the Flying J Truck Stop location on Federal Way in Boise.

Now, the property is up for lease.

Story Commercial listed the 10,000 square foot building at 12th and Bannock for lease.  His West Bannock Dev LLC purchased the property from Greyhound Lines Inc. earlier this year.

The flier notes the building would be “perfect for retail, office or industrial type uses.” An email accompanying the flier mention concepts like a brewery, restaurant, retail store or ‘creative office.’

The building is said to be vacant as of January 8th of next year.
