Presented by TOK

In recent days, crews from Okland Construction worked to install a crane over the top of the future Park Place Apartments. It appears they’re actually using a smaller crane to put in a larger one.

Gardner Company and the Morrison Foundation developed the future apartment project along the Boise River Greenbelt. The latest version of the project will build 236 apartment units on the previously empty lot between the Stonehouse and Townsquare Media.

The project will stand five stories tall and include amenities for residents along the Greenbelt as well as in two courtyards.

The project under construction varies slightly from the original plan – which had a target of seniors and included a restaurant. This version includes no retail and will be open to all types of residents.
