Now, another auto dealer will join the fold.

Team Subaru started construction on a new auto dealer to the east of Corwin Ford in recent months. City of Nampa permits show the project will include a large 30,000 square foot dealership building, plus a separate car wash and detailing center. The dealership will include everything you’d expect – service department, parts, showroom and the like.

Team, known for its saturation coverage on the radio, currently operates a dealership in Caldwell selling both Mazda and Subaru vehicles. The dealership is a division of Kiefer Automotive Group of Eugene, OR.

The City of Nampa reports the building permit value at $4.5 million.
