Winter in Boise can be the time of blahs. Christmas is over. The weather is cold. Inversions are common (though, knock on wood, not this year).

You might want to take the kids to the park, but… well… hashtag cold.

But Boise’s Edwards Greenhouse came up with a solution. A pop-up park. In their greenhouse.

Through this Sunday, you can go hang out in a “family-friendly park-like setting, complete with green grass, blooming flowers, and the sights and smells of Spring!”

Pop-Up Park starts Friday, January 24th!

We’ve been busy getting the Pop-Up Park ready for you! Only 3 more days!Jan 24-Feb 2, enjoy a park-like setting in the warmth of our greenhouse!

Oh spring, how we miss thee.

The park will remain open each day from 11am-4pm, with a kettle corn stand and more. On Saturday, live music from Boise Rock School and Juice will echo through the park.

The park is kid- and dog-friendly. Dogs have to be on leashes and friendly in a designated area. The greenhouse (and park) are on Sand Creek St. off Hill Rd.
