Startup PartnerHero to expand Downtown Boise office space

Future of Downtown

Boise-based outsourcing firm PartnerHero plans to upgrade its space, according to a permit.

The firm applied for a certificate of occupancy to take up an entire floor of the CW Moore building at 5th St. and Front St. in Downtown Boise. The space used to house Paylocity’s Boise operations, before that company moved to Ten Mile Crossing.

Now, PartnerHero plans to move in to the roughly 11,500 square foot space.

The company, founded in 2014, opened its Boise operations hub in 2018 in a former warehouse space on 9th St. It is a “BPO” or business process outsourcing firm – and allows businesses to outsource tasks and services through its network. PartnerHero utilizes workers around the world in different timezones to tackle projects.

As of earlier this year, it employed 57 people in Idaho and 464 worldwide.
