A pizza restaurant in Boise’s North End could open a new location.

Lulu’s Pizza, which currently operates at 2594 N Bogus Basin Road, filed a request with the CIty of Boise for a new location on 2475 S Apple St. in SE Boise. The application indicates a new restaurant buildout in the former Blimpie location. Permits indicate Lulu’s hopes to build out a new outdoor patio space on the east side of the building.

Lulu’s owner Jim Balis says that at the moment they are unsure if this will be a move or an additional location.

Lulu’s Pizza serves New York-style pizza, light Italian fare and sushi.
