Rafanelli and Nahas principal Scott Schoenherr took BoiseDev on a tour of the construction progress earlier this month. The nine-story building will include retail space on the ground floor, with a large lobby area.

The development firm teamed with the City of Boise and Capital City Development Corporation for a new park on the block. The retail space, including a new coffee shop, will open on to the public park space.

Other building features include a rooftop deck for tenants, large floorplates and floor to ceiling windows.
