Four Cushman & Wakefield team members leave to expand new Boise CBRE office

A team of four former employees of Cushman & Wakefield’s local Boise office moved to a new firm this month. Jake Miller, Tim Reid, Matt Naumann and Tori Agee set up a new Boise branch for CBRE in the Boise area.

The four worked for Cushman & Wakefield’s Pacific Advisors office in Boise, with Miller focusing on industrial product and Reid, Naumann and Agee working on the investment side.

CBRE says it is the “world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm” based on revenue last year. CBRE did not field a significant presence in Boise before the hires, and Idaho is not listed on the company’s list of office locations. The company’s Salt Lake City managing director will also oversee Boise, according to a release from the company.

Reid led Cushman & Wakefield’s local investment arm after that firm purchased his former firm Grubb & Ellis, which he held an ownership stake in. He teamed with Naumann while at Cushman.
