Another Idaho resort is for sale.

This time it’s is the Sourdough Restaurant and Lodge right off of Highway 21 in Lowman.

We’ve been tracking a rash of Idaho mountain resorts for sale this year, including in Featherville, near Garden Valley, and another in the Lowman area.

The listing calls it a long-term successful business. The resort includes several amenities, including a six-unit motel and three rental cabins.

There is also a residential home with a garage and a spot for RV storage and a hookup.

The listing makes pitches the setup as versatile.

“2,000-square-foot lodge that can serve as a residence, stand-alone rental, or three separate rental units and land for expansion.”

This resort, that offers the owner many ways to make money , could be yours for an asking price of $1.2 million.
