Rick, Carly & Bob make three: Radio duo join Boise’s Bob FM

Regence

Iliad Media will reunite Rick Dunn and Carly Cash on Bob FM.

The pair used to team professionally for mornings at Wow Country 104.3 before Dunn abruptly left the station last year. That move set off a number of twists and turns for New York-based Townsquare Media, which changed morning shows numerous times on Wow and sister station Mix 106.

Dunn joined Nampa-based Iliad Media Group earlier this year. Now, with the hiring of Cash, the pair will return to the morning airwaves together – starting Monday on KSRV-FM, Bob FM.

“We are excited to bring Rick & Carly back together. Their passion for creating entertaining content and connecting with the community (Rick & Carly’s Kids) has made them beloved in the market,” Iliad Media Group CEO Darrell Calton said.

Dunn took up an afternoon shift at Iliad’s 101.9 The Bull, which the company said earned the top spot in the spring rating period. Dunn will do double duty on The Bull and Bob.

Bob FM, which runs a format known as “variety hits,” plays rock and pop hits from the 1980s and subsequent decades. Since it launched in the 2000s, the station ran without any DJs. Dunn and Cash will be the first to regularly appear on the format.
