Today, we confirmed that 208 Pho and Vegan plans to open in January. Crews worked to make changes to the building in recent weeks to make way for the new restaurant.

Menu offerings include several varieties of pho, along with pork chops, chicken stir fry, egg rolls and more. The restaurant includes other dishes line Bun Thit Nuong – a vermicelli noodle dish with grilled beef, pork or chicken.

It also offers a line of smoothies and boba tea, as well as beer and wine.

There are 208 Pho and Vegan locations – one on Fort St. and the other on Franklin Rd.
