Boise Centre receives “gold star” accreditation for facility

Boise Centre in Downtown Boise has been given an accreditation for facility preparedness.

Leaders at Boise Centre hope this accreditation will draw businesses to Boise.

“The GBAC STAR Accreditation will help Boise Centre‚Äôs efforts to attract future conventions and visitors that generate local economic benefit,” Communications Manager Mary Michael Rodgers said.

As part of the accreditation, Boise Centre had to go through a training process which teaches protocols, disinfection techniques, and cleaning best practices.

In addition, Boise Centre also invested in thermal temperature monitoring cameras, electrostatic sprayers and a UV disinfectant machine.
