Video tour: 11 projects under construction across Downtown Boise (including 1100 apartments)

Over the past week, we spent some time checking out nearly a dozen construction projects under way across Downtown Boise.

The projects are dominated by apartment complexes – with nearly 1,100 new apartments under construction by our count. The units range from rent-restricted units, micro-apartments in former hotel rooms, luxury apartments and several projects with traditional market-rate units.

Projects underway also include a new government building for Idaho Fish and Game, a large new hospital for St. Luke’s Health System and a class-A office building.

Below, watch our video tour – and scroll down for more details and links to our Project Tracker detail page for each project.
