Large-scale Pine 43 project adding homes, retail, offices in middle of Meridian

Developers are working to complete a huge subdivision in Meridian, which features residential, retail and office space.

Dennis M. Baker & Associates is developing Pine 43, which is located east of S. Locust Grove Rd. between Fairview Ave. and Pine Ave. in Meridian.

DMB & Associates says the subdivision will be completed in phases but doesn’t have a date for when the entire project will be finished. Phase one was completed last year and includes 68 single-family homes, a pool, sports courts and a park. Phase two, which consists of more single-family homes and retail buildings, will wrap up this spring. A third phase will bring more homes, retail buildings and will be finalized this fall. At some point a clubhouse and gazebo will also be added.

Once finished, Pine 43 will have 196 single-family homes and 159 townhomes with home sizes starting at 3,276 square ft. Different house models and additional information are available on the Pine 43 website.

Eric Centers of DMB Associates says Idaho Ear Clinic will have an office and surgery center within the development but they are still figuring out other tenants. The retail space will be at Fairview Ave. and N. Webb Ave. and office space will be located at S. Locust Grove Rd. and E. State St.
