Last year, BoiseDev told you about two upcoming three-story condo projects in Boise’s Barber Valley.
The third floor of the building will have a community area equipped with a bbq, fire pit and patio furniture. In addition, there will be bike storage, a pet washing station, two electric car charging stations and access to a new community pool.
The lofts being are released in phases with the next release date expected for mid-June, according to the listing agent.
The estimated price range for the remaining lofts are mid-$300k’s to mid-$600k’s.
Construction on The Eno is expected to be complete by the end of the year. Construction times for the the second building, The Taper at Harris Ranch, has not been announced.
There are also several development projects planned in Harris Ranch in the area of Taper & Eno – including a future grade school site, village green, and additional housing.
