Brundage opens for summer; releases concert lineup

Brundage Mountain Resort announced its summer operation plans and special events planned for the Fourth of July weekend.

The resort will be open for summer activities on weekends June 18 – 20 and June 25 – 17. Starting June 30, it will be open Wednesday through Sunday starting June 30 – September 6.

Summer outdoor activities include scenic chairlift rides, yoga on the mountain, hiking trails, a nine-hole disc golf course and mountain biking at the Brundage Bike Park. The resort also said its expanding the number of trails open to battery-powered mountain bikes.

Brundage’s summer concert series is also back this year featuring a new band every Friday night starting June 18. The lineup starts with West Mountain Takeoverand ends with Jeff Crosby & the Refugees on September 3.

In addition to the concert series, Brundage is hosting a Fourth of July Music Fest and Cat Track 10k/5k Race on July 4. Admission to the summer concerts and the music fest is free for all ages.
