The City of Meridian received an application for a large apartment complex by I-84.
Eagle View Landing apartments could come near the intersection of Overland Road and Rolling Hill Drive.
Directly to the west of this new project is the large mixed-use Eagle View Landing development that has a Hyatt Hotel and Topgolf planned.
The apartments would be four, four-story buildings with a total of 396 units. The complex would have 48 studios, 196 one-bedrooms. And 152 two-bedroom apartments. That’s a total of 548 bedrooms
The application letter said the size of the apartments ranges from 616 to 977 square feet.
Site ammenities and parking
Eagle View would include several amenities inducing a resident lounge, entertainment area, fitness center, zoom conference rooms, a resort-style pool and spa, outdoor ping pong table, a bocce ball court, and more.
The application letter said there would be 397 garage and carport spaces, 252 uncovered spaces, and 32 bike rack spaces.
The application letter said they would construct Eagle View Landing apartments in two phases.
“The first phase will consist of the west two residential buildings along with their associated garage and carports, the west courtyard amenities, the leasing off and the fitness building,” the application letter said. “The second phase will consist of the east two residential buildings along with their associated garages and carports, and the eastern courtyard amenities.”
The applicant, Brighton Investments, is asking Meridian for annexation/zoning, preliminary plat, and conditional use permit approvals.
A hearing date for Eagle View Landing apartments has not been set.
