New office building to host growing Boise private equity firm

Another new office building will sprout up at Ten Mile Crossing.

The latest office building will go up three stories, with about 73,000 square feet of office space on the large mixed-use campus at the corner of I-84 and Ten Mile.

The latest building will be anchored by Treasure Valley private equity firm Capital Eleven, which has investments in or launched a number of Boise-area startups, including FlipRide, Capital Auto, Fitted, Tovuti, Crave Delivery, and Pivot by KA.

Capital Eleven already has its offices at Ten Mile Crossing but will expand to take up one whole floor of the new building.

“As one of the first tenants at Ten Mile Crossing, we are excited to be expanding into a new building at the center of the Treasure Valley,” Capital Eleven co-founder Travis Hawkes said. “It is easily accessible for our employees, investors, and partners and we are thrilled to have room to grow to continue to create jobs and invest in great companies.”

City of Meridian permit filings show the building is valued at $9.5 million – before tenant improvements are factored in.

Ten Mile Crossing has roughly 1.2 million square feet of office space, retail, residential and medical facilities, according to a news release. The project is developed by Brighton Corp., SCS and BVA Development.
