If you’ve driven down Chinden, you might have missed the Sunliner, except for its unique architecture. Motel rooms are on the second floor, with parking tucked down below.
The motel first went up in 1958 according to property records, and was remodeled in 1965. The sales flier for the property says the motel is “newly restored.”
The property could be purchased and used as a continued motel, or the flier notes, could be used for residential redevelopment.
The property last changed hands in 2017, when it was purchased by RSF Sunliner, controlled by Ragini Patel of Meridian, Santosh Kusuma of Boise, and Falgun Trivedi of Eagle.
