Another large-scale apartment complex is planned for northwest Meridian.
The Bridgetower would sit on the north side of West McMillan Road on almost 17 acres of undeveloped land.
The Bridgetower would have 235 units leased at market rate, according to the project application. This project would include two types of housing – “townhome-type” units and apartment flats. There would be 10 to 12 units in each of the 13 buildings with mixes of one to three-bedroom setups.
“Both product types feature attractive exteriors that complement each other and the surrounding built environment.” the applicant Alpha Development Group writes.
There would be a mix of enclosed parking garages, surface parking, and covered parking stalls.
This project would provide a total of 219,000 square feet of shared open space. There would also be 80 square feet of private open space per unit, most consisting of patios and balconies.
The application said the plan is to provide a “significant” number of amenities to residents. Tenants could enjoy the pool, hot tub, fitness center, clubhouse, pickle ball courts, and dog park. There would be a bike path for residents to use.
It is noted that the “exact” amenity package is still being studied.
The City of Meridian has not posted a hearing date for The Bridgetower.
