The Warehouse food hall is set to open in Downtown Boise in the coming days, bringing an expansive new concept to the Bodo area along 8th St. When it opens Tuesday, the food hall will feature scores of food vendors, with everything from acai bowls to grilled cheese to pizza and more.

The 29,000-square-foot Warehouse takes over space that formerly housed several retail tenants. Hendricks Commercial Properties bought the property in 2019 and began making changes. The Warehouse will feature ten tenants when it opens, with two more openings this fall. It ultimately has space for 15.

At opening, diners can check out Rush Bowls, a revamped Caffe D’Arte, The Loading Dock bar, Totally Toasted grilled cheese, Camp Cocktail bar, Bao Boi, Wok N’ Roll, Waffle Love, Anzalone Pizza, Gaston’s Bakery and Neighbor Tim’s BBQ. This Fall, Piedaho and Freshie’s Lobster Co. are set to open.

Hendricks previously announced Paddles Up Poke would be included, but it is not in the opening lineup.

The developer is also at work on a new music hall next door, and recently announced a new theater from the same company that owns the Village at Meridian theater upstairs.
