A large mixed-use project envisioned for Idaho Highway 55 and Hill Road in Eagle is for sale.

BoiseDev first told you about Quarry Village in 2018. The envisioned project would spread out over 27 acres on the former site of the Masterpiece Quarry along Idaho 55. The site operated as a quarry up until 2003 and has sat largely vacant since. The project envisioned a lifestyle center project akin to The Village at Meridian, with a brewery, restaurants, theater, and hotel, as well as residential and office space.

Last summer, the City of Eagle signed a development agreement with the owners of the parcels – descendants of Masterpiece Quarry owners Ray Dowding and Myron Stahl. The agreement laid a plan for the site and designated it for mixed-use zoning.

The site is on Eagle’s eastern border near the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery.

Boise firm Arthur Berry has the parcel listed for sale, touting the Quarry Village concept in its sales flier:

“Quarry Village is envisioned as a vibrant entertainment destination. A sophisticated development where urban blends perfectly with an Idaho country flair. The Quarry Village theme will uniquely embrace a mixed-use oasis of entertainment venues, fun and fine dining, boutique retail, mind and body spa and exercise facilities, hospitality, luxurious and creative living space, collectively creating a one–of–a–kind employment environment.”

The sales flier doesn’t list a price.
