A short-lived downtown Boise sandwich shop has been replaced by a similar concept.
Parkside Market on 11th and Idaho streets near Cherie Buckner-Webb Park closed a little over a month ago, after being open for less than a year. The bistro opened in February 2022 and received many positive reviews online for its “gourmet” sandwiches.
It’s unclear why Parkside Market closed. BoiseDev reached out to management and didn’t get a response by deadline.
Now, Anny and Sean Frampton, the husband and wife duo behind Green Acres Food Truck Park, have opened Green’s Market in its place.
Anny Frampton says like Parkside, Green’s is also an “upscale, fast-casual sandwich shop and market.” They serve made-to-order hot and cold sandwiches like Ham and Fig and Classic Italian, soups, and salads with homemade dressings, sauces and aiolis. Cookies, protein bars, nuts, and other snacks are also for sale. Frampton says eventually the menu will include more grab-and-go picnic items and possibly breakfast. She’s also working to roll out a delivery option.
Green’s market just had its soft opening last week and is now open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m.- 3 p.m.
