A significant expansion added Dillard's and additional retail space in 1998. As of 2019, the mall includes more than 100 stores and is valued by the Ada County Assessor at $112 million. It is now anchored by Macy's, JCPenney, Kohl's, Dillard's, H&M and Talbots. The mall is currently under the ownership of Brookfield Properties.
